Full Name: Samson Uche Mogekwu
Stage Name: Samsong

Origin: Delta State, Nigeria
Education: Studied Accounting at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma
Early Life & Ministry Beginnings
He discovered his singing talent while still in high school, where he also got the nickname “Samsong.”
He formed a gospel quartet called Praise Creation in the early 1990s. The group was signed under a record label and released their album Best of Life. After the group disbanded, Samsong started his solo career.
Music Career & Releases
His debut solo album Count Your Blessings came out in 2002, and it won him immediate recognition.
Subsequent albums include Still Counting (2004) and The World of My Dreams (2007), among others.
