Early Life and Background

Frank Ugochukwu Edwards, popularly known as Frank Edwards, is a Nigerian gospel singer, songwriter, music producer, and founder of Rocktown Records. He was born on July 22, 1989, in Enugu State, Nigeria.

Raised in a Christian home, Frank developed a love for music early. As a child, he learned to play the piano and sing. By his teenage years, he was already producing music and performing in church.

Music Career

Frank Edwards officially launched his music career in the mid-2000s and released his debut album The Definition in 2008. His unique sound – blending worship, rock, pop, and Afro-beats – made him stand out in the Nigerian gospel music scene.

He rose to greater prominence as a worship leader in Christ Embassy (Loveworld Nation) under Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, where his songs became anthems within the ministry and beyond.

He later founded Rocktown Records, a label that has nurtured gospel artists such as Gil Joe, Nkay, Divine, King BAS, and more.
