She is a visually impaired Ghanaian gospel / afrobeats singer

Early Life & Visual Impairment

She wasn’t born blind; she lost her sight while in Senior High School after getting sick. The illness was cerebrospinal meningitis.

The illness also caused other complications: she went into a coma, lost her memory, and had to undergo physiotherapy to walk again.

After recovery, she realized she could no longer see. Medical reviews indicated that the damage to her brain nerves was irreversible.

Music Career & Achievements

She was discovered by the Ghanaian music duo DopeNation.

Her entry into music began after her aunt posted videos of her singing on social media; DopeNation reached out, heard her voice, and invited her to record.

Songs she’s known for include Wire Me and What A God (the latter features DopeNation).

She has made several appearances on Ghanaian TV shows and performances that have increased her visibility.

Current Status

There was a period where she had a working relationship with DopeNation; over time, that relationship changed. They clarified she was never fully signed under their record label, but they worked together.

She has taken breaks for health reasons.

She continues to be recognized for her talent and the impact of her story, vocal ability, and faith.
