We grind and we rise

We fly and we shine forever
Who no go no know

Water water water
No get enemy but
The same water
Fit carry you go eternity
Water water water
No get enemy but
The same water
Fit carry you go eternity

Jlyricz is a Nigerian Christian artist known for his Afro-B, afropop and afrofusion gospel sound.
He is also a songwriter, poet, and recording artist.
He was born in Benin City, Nigeria, but lived in many different parts of Nigeria as a child, which influenced his musical versatility.
Early Life & Background
He grew up loving a wide variety of music; his father’s record collection included African legends (like Oliver De Coque) and international artists (like Bob Marley and Michael Jackson).

Jesus Boy (2025 EP) — a seven-track project that explores different facets of his relationship with Christ.
He has released several singles over his career, like “Run!”, which is a testimony-driven anthem, and “Doh,” a birthday song in Urhobo language (meaning “thanks”).

“Run!” — about victory, freedom, and transformation
“Daily 3.0” — faith declaration, featuring X-Isle the Wanderer
