DOE – Biography
Early Life and Background
DOE, born Dominique Jones, grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana, in a strong musical and faith-centered family. She is the daughter of pastors and musicians, which gave her a foundation in worship and ministry from a young age.
Music Career
DOE first rose to prominence as a member of the Christian gospel family group Forever Jones, formed with her parents and siblings. The group released successful albums such as Get Ready (2010) and Musical Revival (2012), featuring the Grammy-nominated song He Wants It All.
She later transitioned into a solo career, bringing a fresh voice to contemporary Christian and gospel music. DOE signed with Life Room Label in partnership with RCA Inspiration, spearheaded by gospel artist Jonathan McReynolds.
Her debut self-titled EP, DOE (2020), introduced her as a powerful solo artist. In 2022, she released her full-length album Clarity.
