Early Life and Background
Ntokozo Mbambo was born on November 6, 1985, in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. She grew up in a Christian family where her love for music and worship was nurtured from a young age. At just 15, she became the youngest member of the Joyous Celebration Choir, one of South Africa’s most prominent gospel collectives.
Music Career
Her career began with Joyous Celebration, where she gained recognition for her outstanding vocal ability. She later pursued a solo career, releasing albums that positioned her as a leading figure in gospel music, not only in South Africa but internationally.
Ntokozo is also a worship leader at her church, Rhema Bible Church, where she ministers alongside her husband, Nqubeko Mbatha, who is also a gospel musician and producer.
